Tests
- The high quality of our products is guaranteed by a quality management system implemented throughout the company. From the design development department through the incoming materials and production departments right on through to despatch. Our laboratory tests quality-critical parameters such tensile strength, hardness, density and thickness. This ensures that our quality standards remain high. Test us, too.
Compounds
- Our Compounds department prepare compounds to customer specifications and to the relevant approval certification guidelines. We also produce standard compounds from the most widely used elastomers. Our modern PLC controlled mixing plant ensures that compound mixes remain stable and consistent.

For punched items we use mainly strip steel and all-metal tooling.
Sponge rubber and soft rubber parts require a completely different approach The tooling for your order might be a multipart machine tool, tooling with a core insert or a frame. Either way our Tooling Department can rapidly provide tooling made to match your requirements perfectly. Constructing a single tool to manufacture sample parts is a cost-effective method for preparing for series production. It offers the highest levels of flexibility and quality and provides reliable indications for cost control. Singe tools are also a practical method for evaluating pilot run series because they provide reliable indications about the economic and technical feasibility of a product.
